Ike Behar is a clothing brand of American heritage launched in New York in the 1960s by Cuban-American Isaac Behar. The company needed to redefine its business strategy to the new and modern world. I studied the attractiveness and the dynamics of the luxury apparel industry. Through all of these analyses, I was able to identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the business.

1. Create a complete business strategy.
2. Design a fresh new look to the brand.
3. Present the document to the CEOs.
